What Does Each Remedy Do?
Boosting stats in Palworld helps players hit harder, last longer in battle, run faster, and be able to swim or glide for longer periods of time. In order to boost these stats, players must level up their player character and unlock a stat point. Now, an alternative method to do so is available, and the opportunities are limitless.
Remedies can be made in Palworld by combining various ingredients and using the Medieval Medicine Work Bench. Players will need to have this work utility unlocked in the Technology tab, which can be done by accumulating enough technology points. One of the four ingredients in each remedy vial will be tougher to find, and this guide will assist with where to locate them.

The Essential Item To Look For
Lotus flowers are items in every remedy recipe, with five to discover. They are only found in dungeons at random intervals and are easy to spot but will challenge the player's might. Lotus flowers are available mostly in dungeons in the Sakurajima region, where level 50-52 pals and Moonflower enemies roam, making it difficult to clear the room before reaching the item.
Alternatively, some dungeon rooms may not have lotus flowers at all, but rather dungeon mushrooms. These items can also be used as medicinal ingredients for other potions, but remedy recipes don't seem to include them. Additionally, lotus flowers can be found in small and large sizes, though the remedy recipes call for the former.

Crafting Palworld Remedies at Work Benches
Once players have gathered enough resources, it's time to create one of the five available remedies. Each recipe calls for four specific items, one of which involves players using four lotus flowers directly linked to the type of remedy they are building. Pal Fluids and two different pal-related items make up the remainder of the ingredients, which can be accessed by defeating or capturing pals.

Like most items created using the Medieval Medicine Work Bench, it's helpful to have a pal with the Medicine Production work suitability to speed things up. Pals like 
Vaelet , 
Lovander , and 
Robinquill are great choices for this role, as they all come with at least Level 2 Medicine Production.
What Does Each Remedy Do?
Each remedy targets a specific stat to boost, raising the player's ability to perform in each category by a small amount. Remedies work like food items where, in order to consume, players must open their inventory tab and right click to consume the remedy. Once consumed, the remedy will raise the individual stat to a certain amount.
Here are the remedies available in Palworld and what they target:

These stat rises are permanent, so players won't have to worry about remedies wearing off over time. Players can also elevate certain stats by equipping certain weapons and armor, which grants the player a bonus increase to their stats for as long as they keep those items equipped. Remove one of the items, and the bonus will be removed, so keep note of which armor pieces and weapons give the best increases.
