1. Terminal Parking

If you prefer parking close to where the ferry sets off, terminal parking is your go-to. It’s super convenient but can fill up fast, especially during busy times. If you want to park here make sure you arrive earlier than early before your departure.

While this isn’t that cheap compared to parking at Hull we want to mention that the port is quite remote, you can’t just walk from long distance parking stations in Hull.

2. Off-Site Free Parking

There are other places to park near the terminal. These spots might be a bit further away, but they can save you some money. One is from walking distance as you can see on our image, this is not a secured car parking though, so use it at your own risk.

3. Off-Site Long-Term Parking

There are about 12 large secured car parks in and around Hull. Of those there are a few long-term spots you can use, all are far away from the port though. We would personally go for the (brand new) Fruit Market Multi-Storey Car Park:

The multi-story car park is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with weekday parking from just £2 for up to three hours and weekend parking at just £2.50 per day for unlimited stays.

It’s an hour’s walking distance away though as all long-stay parking spots are far away from the terminal. There aren’t many other good locations like this nearby.

What you could do, though, is the following

1. Drive to P&O Hull early, and drop off your c0- passengers.
2. Drive 15 minutes to the Fruit Market Multi-Storey Car Park.
3. Walk back (1 hour!) And ferry to Rotterdam! 🙂

• Book Ahead: Try booking your parking spot in advance online. It can save you some cash and guarantee you a spot, especially when lots are busy.
