@ThreeUKSupport It's ok. The only way I could get any help was to log an official complaint. Turns out there WAS a transmitter fault, despite the website saying it was fine.

After being with @O2 for 20 years I left because the coverage was terrible moved to @ThreeUK stupidly signed a 2 year deal and the coverage is absolutely shocking vem worse than O2 I think you should sort your network out before trying 5g #notgettingwhatipayfor

@ThreeUK no it actually annoys me so much how I can only get Internet and signal in some parts of my house because I'm in a sh*tty zone with no signal, I can only get signal on one half of my bed if I have my phone In the living room my hotspot doesn't work

@ThreeUKSupport And after the suspension I could not even access my account. I thought it was a problem with coverage and ended up getting in touch with three only yesterday, only to find out about the suspension. I was not even making calls and using very small data, as we are home using Wi-Fi

@ThreeUK so I have been given three “guaranteed” delivery dates, starting on the 8th of Dec. All three delivery dates failed. Each time I’m asked. “To give us 24hours”. No email or text confirmations and really poor service., inc being lied to ref DPD tracking. Very poor!!

Press release from @PrettyGreen and @ThreeUK saying its average customer data usage broke 15GB/month for the first time. I actually downgraded from unlimited data to 12GB/month in lockdown because I was never going out, always on WiFi, and using less than 1GB/month.
